Global water scarcity is a complex issue that requires an urgent, comprehensive and coordinated response from the international community. This session will examine the issue and its main causes and implications, as well as highlight the urgency to move quickly at an international level to find transformative new solutions that leverage technological innovation and research and mobilize strategic philanthropic efforts and policy action on a global scale.
