Building on forthcoming reports from Mercy Corps and Oxfam, this side event will showcase that despite the constraints fragility and conflict place on access to climate finance and the ability to implement climate adaptation projects, implementing partners are overcoming these barriers to implement highly effective programming. This event will highlight country leaders who will tell us in their own words how the vicious cycle of climate, fragility, and conflict plays out in their respective country contexts, and how they are trying to disrupt this cycle.
