Introducing a first-of-its-kind integrated initiative in textile circularity in the UAE, designed to increase consumer awareness and foster collaborative efforts among public-private partners and address textile circularity as a major touchpoint in the global climate agenda. Convening strategic enablers in the textile waste ecosystem including Ministry of Climate Change & Environment, Environment Agency Abu Dhabi, Tadweer, Emirates Foundation, Emirates Red Crescent, Landmark Group, Lulu Group and Soex, the event will explore the status of textile circularity in the UAE, challenges in waste collection, consumer engagement initiatives, and proposed solutions for textile recycling.A panel discussion during which all attendees will be encouraged to pledge and/or announce their specific commitments towards creating positive impact for textile circularity across the country.
