In recognition of our two-year anniversary, ne’ma the National food loss and waste initiative will host the world’s largest fundraising farm-to-fork dinner at the Mawasam Park Greenhouse on 17 February 2024. The funds raised will go directly to ne’ma to continue addressing food loss and waste in the UAE. At the event, more than 2,000 guests will be served a 100% locally sourced, net-zero waste menu. The event is under the patronage of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and Emirates Foundation and will be carried out together with the UAE agriculture, hospitality and waste management industry through a groundbreaking, one-of-a-kind sector-wide collaboration.
